Presentation Ceremony of Commemorative Plaques to Honour Roll in 2007

In recognition of the significant contribution of the sports fraternity in Hong Kong, the Sports Federation & Olympic Committee of Hong Kong, China held the Presentation Ceremony of Commemorative Plaques to Honour Roll in 2007 today (27 July 2007).

The ceremony was officiated by The Hon. Timothy T. T. FOK, GBS, JP, President of the Federation. A total of 26 sports fraternity was awarded the Honour Roll by the HKSAR Government in 2007, in which 4 of them were being awarded the Bronze Bauhinia Star; 6 of them were being awarded the Medal of Honour; 15 of them were being awarded the Chief Executive’s Commendation for Community Service while one sports leader was appointed as Justice of the Peace.
