The Flag Raising Ceremony for the Hong Kong, China Delegation to the 2nd Asian Indoor Games together with Turkmenistan and Palestine Delegation was held today (26 October) at 11:30 am in the Sai Van Lake Square.

Led by Mr. Karl Kwok, Chef de Mission of the Hong Kong, China Delegation to the 2nd Asian Indoor Games, about 30 members from the following sports: Bowling, Chess Sports, Cue Sports, DanceSport, Extreme Sports, Futsal and Finswimming attended the Ceremony.
The 2nd Asian Indoor Games will be held from 26 October to 3 November 2007 in Macau. The Hong Kong Delegation with a total of 136 athletes participating in 14 sports namely Bowling, Chess Sports (Xiangqi), Cue Sports, DanceSport, Dragon & Lion Dance, Extreme Sports (Inline Stunt, BMX Freestyle, Skateboard, Sports Climbing), Finswimming, Futsal, Indoor Athletics, Indoor Cycling, Indoor Hockey, 25m Short Course Swimming, Muay, and 3on3 Basketball (Demonstration Sport).
We wish the Hong Kong Team a triumphant return home.
