FOK, GBS, JP, who joined the Secretary for Home Affairs, Mr. TSANG Tak Sing, JP, in officiating the Launching Ceremony commented that ¡§Elite athletes, who have devoted all their time and effort in pursuing sports excellence and bringing Hong Kong glory, deserve our full respect and best support. It is certain that with the unfailing support of tertiary institutions and sponsors, more talented youth would be willing to dedicate themselves to athletic career as various supports are available after their sporting career.¡¨
