Hong Kong Team won the first Gold Medal in the Singapore 1st Asian Youth Games

After Ms. FUNG Wai Yee winning silver medal in Girl’s High Jump yesterday. Hong Kong Bowler, Mr. MAK Cheuk Yin won the first gold medal for the Hong Kong, China Delegation in the Bowling Boys’ Single, beating the 59 athletes from 16 countries in the Singapore 1st Asian Youth Games today (1 July 2009).

The Hong Kong, China Delegation presently ranks 6th in the Medal Tally, with a total of 1 Gold and 1 Silver Medals.
