Presentation Ceremony of Commemorative Plaques to Honour Roll in 2009

In recognition of the significant contribution in the sports aspect of Hong Kong, the Sports Federation & Olympic Committee of Hong Kong, China held the Presentation Ceremony of Commemorative Plaques to 25 persons in the Honour Roll in 2009 today (23 October 2009). The ceremony was officiated by the Hon. Timothy T. T. FOK, GBS, JP, President of the Federation.

Out of 25 HKSAR Honour Roll this year, one was awarded the Grand Bauhinia Medal; two were awarded the Silver Bauhinia Star; three for Bronze Bauhinia Star; two for Medal of Honour, nine for Chief Executive’s Commendation for Community Service and six for Chief Executive’s Commendation for Government or Public Service, while two were appointed as Justice of the Peace. The awardees in 2009 are as follows:
