A Prestige Souvenir Cover to commemorate Hong Kong's participation in the 14th Busan Asian Games, which will be held on September 29 to October 14, 2002, will be issued by the Sports Federation and Olympic Committee of Hong Kong, China on 2 September 2002.

The Prestige Souvenir Cover, delicately designed by Mr Freeman Lau, will be available for sales at the 38 philatelic offices from 26 August to 14 October at a price of $10 each.
Mr Lau is an eminent artist. His design was awarded the First Prize in the "Beijing's Bid for the 2008 Olympic Games" Poster Design Competition and produced as an official promotional medium.
