CHAN Yun-to, Doha Asian Games champion defended the title in Men's 75kg event of 2008 Asian Bodybuilding Championships at Tseung Kwan O Sports Centre. Furthermore, TAM Ka-keung, WONG Kwan-ping and LO Kit-ming added 3 gold medals in Men's Senior (over 55), Women's 49kg and Women's 52kg respectively.
