The Cathay Pacific/Credit Suisse Hong Kong Sevens 2006 will take place at the Hong Kong Stadium from Friday 31 March to Sunday 2 April 2006. 24 top teams will gather in Hong Kong to compete for the trophies, including the defending champion England, world champion Fiji, and New Zealand, six-time winner of the International Rugby Board Series. Hong Kong will take part in the competition with the team winning the qualifier for Doha Asian Games. A remarkable five local players are included.
