The Cocktail reception was started at 6:00p.m. at the lobby in front of the Convention
Hall of Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Center. Commencing at 6:20p.m., the
President welcome VIPs and guests, including international sports leaders,
government officials, sport personalities for their coming of this fellowship occasion.

After the opening speech by the Hon. Timothy Fok, the honourable guests and five
Vice Presidents (Mr. Wong Wah Sang, Mr. Tong Yun Kai, Mr. Victor Hui, Mr.
A.F.M. Conway & Mr. Karl Kwok) were invited to the platform to give away the
Incentive Awards to the 10 Associations, amounting to HK$299,620 for their
excellent performances at the World Games, World & Asian Championships in 2000
& 2001.
