Retired athlete coaches are also encouraged to continue their academic studies through various educational supports provided by HKACEP leading to a successful career transition.

Under the circumstance of sufficient resources, the Federation expects to extend the scope of support to benefit more students and retired athletes in 2014/15 academic year of which four new schools will be included (i.e. Caritas Fanling Chan Chun Ha Secondary School, Caritas Tuen Mun Marden Foundation Secondary School, STFA Tam Pak Yu College, San Wui Commercial Society Secondary School).
